Submission of Papers

PAPER FORMATTING GUIDELINES:

1) Papers must be written in English and must correspond to the thematic areas of the conference.

2) Submissions must present original research findings of scientific and/or practical significance.

3) Short papers of up to 6 pages will be published in the Conference Proceedings as part of a collected volume. Submissions must contain original results that have not been previously published elsewhere. The originality score of each paper must be at least 75%.

The Program Committee reserves the right to reject submissions that fall outside the scope of the conference or fail to comply with the specified submission, formatting, or content requirements.

4) Selected papers will be considered for publication in a separate volume of Springer’s Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series, subject to approval by Springer. The CCIS series is indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.

Papers submitted for consideration for the Springer volume should be approximately 12–15 pages in length.

5) Papers must be submitted by the presenting author through the EasyAbs conference management system.

6) Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts using the official Springer Word Template. The text of the paper should be inserted directly into the template without modifying the predefined page layout, font settings, styles, or formatting parameters.
